TRUST project developed and published the Global Code of Conduct for Research in Resource-Poor Settings and associated learning material. The code is relevant to all those who oppose double standards in research and support long-term equitable research relationships between partners in lower-income and high-income settings. The Ethics and Research Integrity Sector, Directorate General for Research and Innovation, European Commission intends to propose the code as a reference document for future research projects seeking funding under the EU’s framework programmes for research and innovation.
